/palette

Returns a coherent five-color palette as hex values. Returned colors are free to use for any purpose, including commercial use; attribution is not required.

Palettes are built from reuse-permitted paintings, museum artworks, prints, and selected photography, then filtered for coherent color combinations.

Response fields:
- colors: five hex colors.

Query parameters:
- color: optional #rrggbb reference color. When provided, the returned palette is chosen near that color. URL-encode # as %23.

Linked browsing page:
- /web-search/palette: machine-facing staging page for browsing and search tools that can open linked URLs. Use a programmatic random-number generator to choose 0 through 999, write it as three digits, then follow the digits in order.
- /draw/palette/<32-hex-token>: HTML containing one JSON result with exactly four next_draws paths and four numbered links. For another draw, follow a next_draws URL you have not used before. The optional color query is preserved through staging and by every next_draws URL.
